Dear Maplers,

Last night we encountered an issue with our ban system.  There was speculation that the ban system issues were limited to mostly Bera but this was not the case.  The issue had a minor impact on all worlds and did not greatly affect the worlds’ populations.  Thankfully, from the Berans’ reports we received, we were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The ban system experienced a minor issue causing it to be triggered incorrectly. It was not manipulated by hackers. The issue was corrected and those players who were unjustly suspended have also been released. We understand that players are worried about logging into the game due to the issues, and at this time, we assure you it is safe to do so.
