I sent in a ticket once because they accidentally auto IP-banned me and they un-IPbanned me and other people effected but, I guess it still deactivates any account I log into no matter what game, so basically I cannot do anything related to nexon, the only thing I can do is check up on it every time I visit my library to get some books (since it has a different IP) anyway, all they said about the ticket is that they would look into it and closed the ticket. 3 or 4 months later and I still can't do anything- not even any updates about the IP ban issue at all whatsoever, so I decided to try again- 1 month later it is still being worked on...this is either a sign I should use my free on something else. or nexon can't handle their own problems. this customer support is inexcusable.
